"I have been a policy holder with this agency and State Farm since at least 2015. The Amanda Chase Agency in central Florida - is the most relaxed, friendly business I have ever been associated with and have received nothing but benefit for doing so. There is almost no difference between going to the office itself or calling by phone, except in the office, you are given the special treatment (clue - you will leave with at least a sugar high from either the candy, the coffee or both). You get a warm and relaxed greeting, and are taken care or right away, on a professional, but personal manner. If you call, you get the same treatment (except without coffee and candy). Always left that place satisfied. Oh, their insurance gives good coverage cheaper than the majority of carriers. As to fulfilling policy, State Farm, particularly their claims department have always been quick to resolve (I can only speak for me) every claim I ever made - with the same customer ethics my local office practices. Thank You Amanda Chase, and Thank You State Farm for what you have done for me, but most importantly for the people who for me, make the difference."
